Gloria Alvarez Connors

For more than 20 years, Gloria Alvarez Connors has produced special events, concerts, and immersive digital experiences. Based in Seattle since 1997, Gloria’s roots started in the entertainment capital of Los Angeles which fostered her passion for music and art. Trained as a touring Audio Engineer, she navigated her way in a male-dominated industry, and paved the way for a more inclusive landscape in the production field by mentoring countless women and taking decisive steps towards a more diverse events community.

Rachel Willner

As a PNW native, Rachel Willner knows the Seattle events industry like the back of her hand. Joining Connors & Co in 2007, she has grown from production manager at various Seattle-area venues to VP and Partner of Connors & Co. In that time Rachel has expanded her reach, leading innovative activations all across the United States. Her attention to detail, project management, and meticulous tracking systems are legendary; all stemming from her decades of experience behind the scenes of the region’s largest productions.
